I’m all about making things easy, so I’ve broken everything down into exactly what you can expect from start to finish.

1. BOOKING

Booking your session with me is as simple as 1–2–3:

1. Select a date
2. Sign the photo agreement
3. Pay the session fee

And that’s it!

That session fee reserves your date and ensures I can dedicate my time to prepping for your session—from scouting the perfect spot to planning all the little details. It’s my way of giving you a fully personalized, stress-free experience right from the start.

It’s important to note that the session fee is separate and does not go toward any of the collections.

2. PLANNING

I’ll be there for you (with all the pre-session prep).

After booking, you’ll receive two important tools to set you up for success:

Your Style Guide includes:

Recommendations for local beauty pros
Do’s and don’ts for outfits
A link to Style Select (an online outfit builder with built-in shopping)
Outfit color schemes to match the vibe
Tips for keeping kiddos and pets happy during the session

Basically, everything you need to plan a stress-free and fabulous session.

And then there’s the questionnaire—the Holy Grail of pre-session prep.

This is where I get to know you, your family, or your brand on a deeper level. Your answers help me understand your dynamic, your energy, and what matters most to you so I can capture those natural, meaningful moments.

Together, these tools make the entire process feel easy, supported, and fully prepared before session day even arrives.

4. GALLERY DELIVERY + COLLECTION SELECTION

As we talked about on our call, I do things a little differently when it comes to image selection.

After your session, I’ll carefully edit your gallery. My typical turnaround time is 2–3 weeks.

Then comes one of my favorite parts of the entire experience.

Instead of sending a gallery and asking you to make quick decisions, I first send you a beautifully curated slideshow featuring the highlights from your session.

This is your chance to slow down, gather your family, grab some popcorn, and relive your memories together.

You’ll have access to your slideshow for 24 hours—and most clients end up watching it more than once.

Choosing Your Collection

After viewing your slideshow, you’ll select the collection that best fits your family’s needs.

This way, your decision is based on the images you love, not a guess before you’ve even seen them.

Each collection includes:

A set number of digital images
A print credit to use toward artwork, albums, prints, and more

I’ve carefully designed three collections (A, B, and C) to fit a variety of needs—whether you’re looking for a handful of favorites or want the full story from your session.

Navigating The Gallery Store

What you do with your images is one of the most important parts of your photography experience, yet it’s often overlooked.

After all the time and intention that goes into creating these memories, your photos deserve to live beyond a screen.

Once you’ve selected your collection, you’ll use your included print credit toward professional-quality artwork, albums, and prints through my online store.

If you’d like additional artwork beyond your credit, you’ll also have the option to purchase more.
